• Slight printing or finishing inconsistencies
• Incorrect orders placed by customers

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email support@wrapora.in within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos/videos of the issue
• Packaging images, if applicable

Approved cases may be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
