3. Orders, Pricing & Payments

Product availability, pricing, scheduled launches, promotional offers, and discount codes are subject to change without prior notice. Prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases involving pricing errors, payment failures, suspicious activity, stock unavailability, or misuse of services. Once an order is confirmed, modifications or cancellations may not always be possible please reach out within 12 hours of placing your order for any changes.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses, contact numbers, and email IDs at checkout. Wrapora shall not be liable for orders lost, returned, or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch in such cases.

Wrapora products are made in small batches with care given to every detail. Minor variations in colour, texture, paper finish, print alignment, or material may occur and shall not be considered defects. Product photographs are styled for editorial display, and actual products may vary slightly in appearance from images shown on the website.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines mentioned on the website are estimates only and not guarantees. Wrapora shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural events, weather conditions, strikes, customs procedures, technical disruptions, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control. 7. Returns & Exchanges

Personalized and customized products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. For non-personalized products, returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect products delivered, and must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with supporting images.
